POLICIES & PROCEDURES

Reservation Policy
A 75% deposit is due three weeks in advance. Full Payment is due on the day of the scheduled event. To ensure a successful event we recommend you book your event at least four weeks in advance. 

Cancellation
Deposits will not be returned for events that are cancelled less than two weeks in advance. 

Minimums
SPARTY! has a minimum of 10 guests per party. 

Method of Payment
SPARTY! accepts Cash, Check, MasterCard, Visa and American Express.

State Tax and Gratuities
State tax of 8.875% and a gratuity of 15% will be added to all spa services and packages.

Set Up
Advance preparation for your SPARTY! is size dependent ­ our professional SPARTY! Team will arrive between one and six hours before the start of an event to ensure a smooth set-up. 

Attire
Robes can be both purchased or rented. If your event does not include Robe Service, please advise guests to wear comfortable clothing. 

Special Considerations
SPARTY! has specially trained staff for most medical conditions. Please contact SPARTY! in advance if any of your guests are pregnant or suffer from a serious medical condition. 

SPARTY! Etiquette
SPARTY! invites you to sip, spa and celebrate! Inappropriate and rude behavior does not belong at SPARTY! Team SPARTY! are dedicated, professional technicians who reserve the right to terminate treatments and service if guests are excessively intoxicated and/or are acting in a non-SPARTY! fashion.
